Hong Kong Delivery can take 2 to 5 business days within Hong Kong.

Once your order has been placed you will receive an email confirmation to let you know we have received your order and payment. Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive the update from the logistics carrier.

You will receive your order within an estimated time of 2 to 5 business days; 3 to 7 business days for specified areas below.

Shipping fees: diptyqueparis.com offers complimentary delivery on orders over HK$ 500. For any order less than or equal to HK$ 500, the shipping fees are HK$ 40 for Hong Kong deliveries.

We offer complimentary delivery on orders over HK$ 500.

Orders made via the diptyque Paris Hong Kong online store can be delivered to addresses within Hong Kong only.

For security reasons, all parcels must be signed for on receipt. If you will not be at home during normal delivery hours you can provide us with an alternative secure delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.

Diptyque delivery service requires a signature on delivery, therefore we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or pick up stations.
